I was born surrounded by nature and have always felt comfortable in it, in my deep awareness of belonging to it. This capacity to "talk" with the nature is for me a blessing, a wonder that never ceases to amaze me. I started my sports adventures when I was around 16 years old by joying a climbing training course at CAI in Vercelli. I have been practicing climbing for a few years spending a lot of my time and my energies in this practice: then by pure chance, I approached canyoning, making a few runs together with several guides. I found attractive the element of water and its vertical dimension. The meeting with the leadership Ferro Dario and his "Vertical Adventure" in Aosta Valley was decisive for me: as a true and patient teacher, he helped me to understand, to "take out" my canyoning capabilities and he introduced me to the practice of sports canyoning. Slowly and for several years he will take me in a long and strictly responsible path, full of great satisfaction and excitement, till to offer me the opportunity to learn how to take groups of people along the runs in the greatest security. In early 2008 I started the training at the Commission Internationale de Canyons based in Germany, completed in 2011 with the achievement of guide patent. During such path I had the good fortune to work alongside the major exponents in the canyoning and whitewater fields, famous for their skills and professionalism either in European or intercontinental levels, whom I am still working with.
